If you live in or visit London regularly, I’m sure you will be familiar with the collection of Grind cafes and restaurants. The Clerkenwell Grind is one of the 9. Each cafe/restaurant has their own distinct style, however, they all link together through the use of velvet seating and neon lights.
In my opinion, Clerkenwell grind has the most eye catching style which is why it is so popular on sites like Instagram and Pinterest. Check out the photos below to see their bold, quirky style for yourself:
The restaurant and cafe-bar spans is decorated with dusty pink and deep blue velvet furniture, stylish marble bars and a very Instagrammable neon logo.
The brass accents help to give the space a distinct Art Deco vibe which is very on trend at the moment.
The colours used in the decor are smoothly carried through to the branding too. The menu’s are dusty pink or navy blue with gold text.
The restaurant area features beautiful oval mirrors which help to bounce the light around the space. They also help to reinforce the 1920s/30s vibe across the whole venue.
The club bar follows the same concept as the other spaces. I just love the elegance and glamour that this bar offers, it truly is the perfect place to photograph. The pastel pink Beetle chairs by Gubi are so dreamy!
Clerkenwell grind is definitely on my go-to list for my next trip to London. I’ve heard great things about their brunch menu and their extensive cocktail selection!
