With Christmas just a few days away, lets take a look at IKEA’s decorating inspo!
I love looking in IKEA (and eating their meetballs of course!) because they always have beautiful room schemes, full of decorating tips and ideas.
They have stayed quite traditional by sticking to a palette of red, white and grey. However, they have some clever ideas in their room schemes.

I love all the different textures in this room scheme. The space looks really warm and welcoming. The faux fur rugs help to add luxury to the space which contrasts nicely with the rustic logs.

This dining room is small, yet still makes an impact. There is so much attention to detail here, even down to the little bow on the back of the chair.
I love the little wreath in the centre of the table as it adds a really simple but authentic touch.

Again, this room looks very warm and cosy. There are many different patterns and textures used, however, they all contain the same colour palette.
I believe the red star lights have a huge impact and would be a great idea to use in any home at Christmas.

The star lights are so intricate when you look close. They are also available in a range of colours and patterns.
They are such a bargain too!

Again, they have gone very traditional with this bedroom scheme. I really love the use of log wallpaper in the fireplace as it does look authentic. I am going to steal this idea for my dining room!

Again, the colour palette is kept very simple, leaving the patterns and textures to speak for themselves. Checks and tartans always give a rustic traditional look.
The christmas tree is very understated, with a few red and gold decorations.

Again, the star lights really steal the show here. It looks really effective to have a few hanging at different heights.
They have used a lot of soft textures here which created a cosy feel.
